Digesting feelings, does that mean we have to forget and forgive what and who hurt us so deep? If so why should we?
What is it better, to let our brain repeat all that happened, over and over again and let our ego talk louder than our rational thought?
Not for a weak person to digest so much hurt caused by others, but then again it takes two.
No one is perfect and to protect a sane mind we do have to be able to do this so we can clear our minds of all that garbage we listen from others who don’t care much about sanity. I do find lots of people who don’t even have the notion of how insane they are and how much damage they can do to others. Although I find more people who know exactly what they are doing and why, so I guess these must have more fun doing what they do best, killing the joy of others, maybe they are used to feel themselves in hell, they can’t bear seeing anyone happy and free of what had put them in chains...
That’s why digesting emotions is so important, or we will end up being the same as those who harmed us, lost in a maze of bad feelings and believing it’s a natural thing to do reacting to others forever and never letting it go.
For me, digesting is comprehending that we are in a world of billions different brains and egos who are fighting to survive as well, owning in their unique world, their history, challenges and lessons… So it’s pretty much a big struggle to keep a sane clear mind and life with so many around, wanting, break us down and making us feel as bad as they do to finally have some endorphins from the battles they “win”, us.
Making peace with those who wanted us dead or just hurt by focusing in our own priorities, who we are, what do we really want from people, are they more important than our happiness and well being? Are we still thinking it could be better if we do this or change that? We can only go so far… We can do all our best and still things don’t change, so forgiving ourselves when we fail it’s important as well.
Getting back at those to make them see our point, who we really are or what was intended when they can’t, it’s a waist of energy and time. So what if they get the wrong idea of us? Who cares? If they are not in the same path it will be like talking in two different languages…
What really matters is what we know for a fact and return to our single world without bringing essences that don’t belong to us.

Actions stay with those who make them, so they are the ones who should feel bad about it.
