When we work inside ourselves we will begin to see things with new eyes, a fresh look, announcing our new start in every aspects.
And I say it can be a horror “movie” when we see with whom we were living with, how we used to react and think, what kind of job we had for too long... Even the way we dressed or our perfume, were different than what we feel now.
Then come the 3rd act of our personal “freedom from hell”, decisions … We have to decide what stays, what goes, what matches our true essence and what doesn’t (people included).
Family, friends, job, pets, whatever is not part of the picture we have to decide what’s best to do for us and them…
Being realistic and true to our needs and others, not living in a make believe scenario, not pretending we love and are loved, it’s better than... Spring clean! Who needs diets, if all this will take tones and years of our back?

For me was the best part of my life when I had to decide to take control of what I can and start living life the way I feel I should, the way I’m happy and feel alive.

Some ignorant and silly people will call it arrogance or that we are too different so we can call more attention to ourselves … Others will say we are very selfish and what about their needs…?
Well I call it living the life we deserve, without hypocrisy and with a lot more freedom and heart in it.
If our friends and those we decide are not what make us happy nor what we want, can’t understand the choices we make so that’s the easiest way of knowing who are our real friends and who are our family.
Life is too short, I don’t know about having other lives or going to heaven or hell, what I know is this one and it can end in an instant, so making the best of it, it’s what this is all about.
Oh and yes BE HAPPY with it!!!
