Waking up

Waking up it’s what I call dealing with life and our painful experiences without staying in that place or those moments in your mind long enough to be attached or think they are part of who we really are.
Questions time, it’s the right title for it… Putting all we are used to, but still feeling they are not the best things in our life, in doubt. Well, we need courage to ask all about it until we find the answers that will satisfy our truth and what we already suspected it to be…
Then comes the decision, if it’s about people in our life that we know it’s not the best to have around us, we have to choose to be true to ourselves, or keep lying to all.
Sometimes it’s easy to leave things as they are because we know how to deal with it even though it’s killing us and blocking our way to better choices.
Facing reality can be devastating, maybe we have to undress the life we didn’t even choose, just happened, and take the leap of faith, beginning to walk in our real shoes not the one’s someone chose for us.
To be in control of what we really want, what is healthy to live and what isn’t.
Checking in ourselves what enters our mind and if we assume all as real and belonging to us.
Being conscious about our choices and not just what we wish to happen.
We covet without even knowing much about, just that sounds good and looks even better but what is it exactly and what can it do to us and to our life?
Not letting others decide for us, nor telling their truth is the real thing and we are not capable of making choices on our own.
If any doubts still exist, we can only listen to our inner voice if we really want the true answer, in that we can trust because most of the times we wish for illusions even though we feel that voice somewhere in our mind telling us it’s not a good thing if we choose it.
Being responsible for our well being no matter how tempted we feel about something.
Why not choose what’s best for us even if we have to wait a little longer…?
Finding our own path.
